The Amedei Porcelana bar is created exclusively from the refined, nutty and caramel flavoured Porcelana cocoa bean, a genetically pure strain of the Criollo cocoa bean. Porcelana cocoa is extremely rare and Amedei produce only a limited quantity of porcelana chocolate bars each year. The bars are individually numbered.
