The outstanding, 50% cocoa milk chocolate from Michel Cluizel. Using fine flavour cocoa from the Mangaro plantation in Madagascar. The world's first single estate milk chocolate. The unique flavours of the Mangaro cocoa, present in the Mangaro dark chocolate bar are evident here, with fruity notes, not usually found in high cocoa milk chocolates, and just enough to lift the deeper malt flavours produced from a higher cocoa content.

With an exceptional 50% cocoa content, the world's first 1 er Cru de Plantation milk chocolate is composed only of very characteristic, light-coloured beans produced by the Mangaro Plantation in the North-West of the island of Madagascar. It expresses, in a highly refined blend, notes of caramel, exotic fruits, pain d'epices spice cake and honey, completed in the finale, with sultanas.
