Deluxe Spa Day

I can't think of a better way to unwind! From the moment I arrived I was made to feel special. Wonderful facilities, friendly, knowledgable staff and heavenly treatments. Lunch in the hotel's glamorous restaurant topped off a wonderful day. I left feeling thoroughly pampered and polished - hope to return!

From the very moment you walk into Citypoint spa, you know you have made the right choice and you are going to be treated to a wonderful day. You are greeted at reception and given your pre-booked treatment timetable and complimentary slippers. Next you go through to the restaurant area for a complimentary drink while you select your lunch. One of the team then shows you around the gym and spa areas. Everything is top of the range and I couldn't wait to get started! I first headed to the spa.There is a surprisingly large pool with a Jacuzzi, a steam room, a sauna and my favourite, the relaxation room. For someone like me who has a toddler and works full-time, this room was my idea of bliss. It has a huge fish tank in the darkened room with leather loungers and duvets. It's the perfect place to snooze after your message, or post lunch. The treatments were all lovely and very professional. Definitely a top day!

Very friendly and helpful staff made all the treatments seem as if I was the only person there. Can't wait to do it again.

My daughter and I enjoyed a fantastic day. We were both surprised just how much we enjoyed doing nothing for a whole day! Everyone was very friendly and we were given first class treatment all day long. Would recommend highly and can't wait to return for another whole day of pampering.

Excellent facilities at the spa. The Therapy Pool and the restaurant were great. Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a day of relaxation or just being pampered. The treatments were lovely and all the staff were very friendly.
