Mangaro, 65% cocoa, single estate bar
The Michel Cluizel Mangaro bar is created exclusively from cocoa beans from the Mangaro plantation in Madagascar. This fine dark chocolate bar is possibly the most exotic of all the Michel Cluizel single estate range. The Mangaro provides a well balanced range of citrus fruits with an underlying edge of ginger to aid depth and character. The Mangaro is one of seven, single estate chocolate bars created by Michel Cluizel.

Michel Cluizel's own description of the Mangaro chocolate bar:
Located on the island of Madagascar at the heart of the Indian Ocean, in the rich valley of the river Sambirano, this plantation flourishes on the island of a former mango tree forest. The beans of these cocoa trees have enabled me to develop a highly flavoured chocolate, blending aromas of exotic fruits, delicious flavours of honey spice cake and acidulated hints of citrus fruits.
