This robust flavoured, single origin dark chocolate from Pralus uses Forastero cocoa from the island of Sao Tome to produce a contrasting and lengthy flavour filled experience. Initial notes of lime continue through to liquorice and malt. The liquorice adds a slightly smokey and astringent edge and so would appeal to those true bitter dark chocolate lovers.

Sherbet Fountains - An absolute classic, and one of our all-time favourites... for those of you who need their memories jogging a little, they're made by Trebor and they consist of a yellow tube filled with white zingy sherbet and a liquorice stick poking out of the end (the best bit).In my time you were supposed to be able to suck the sherbet through the liquorice stick/straw, but I never managed this as it got all soggy and gooey. I would knock most of the sherbet back neat, and then finish the liquorice off by dipping in the remaining sherbet. It was totally ace!
