  • Suitable for all levels of budding cook
  • Learn the best way to lift and fold the dough to make perfect bread
  • Cook a variety of delicious breads
  • Sit down to lunch to enjoy your hard work, with a glass of red or white wine

The smell of freshly baked bread has to be amongst the top ten best smells in the world, right up there with freshly mown grass. Contrary to popular belief, making your own bread doesn't have to be difficult and time consuming, turning out like a block of concrete after all your efforts. Or at least it won't by the time you've finished this experience. Join a top French baker and head chef who will show you the best way of lifting and folding your dough to create lots of air and therefore produce a lighter bread with less effort. More importantly, everything is taught using domestic equipment and appliances, meaning methods are easily duplicated at home, so you can turn your kitchen into a bakery whenever you like. Use your newfound skills to make a variety of breads from three different types of dough. Enjoy the results of your hard work by sitting down to lunch, including a well deserved glass of red or white wine.
