You'll spend a full day at the falconry centre, finding out all about the birds and getting plenty of time to experience falconry first hand. You'll start with a tour, where you'll meet the eagles, harris hawks, falcons and owls and learn what makes a hawk a hawk, a falcon a falcon and an owl an owl. Then you'll get expert tuition in the art of falconry, with time to handle the birds so that you get comfortable with them and they can get comfortable with you. What happens next depends on the time of year: during the game season from September to February, you can take the birds out into the hills hunting for live quarry. Between March and August, you'll go for a 'hawk walk' with the birds, flying them but not hunting (you can always choose this option in the hunting season if you'd rather not hunt). Lunch is included.

Get a taste for fast, furious rally driving - with an added twist. Rallying in the dark is exciting and will push your driving skills to the limit. Discover secrets of controlling a skid, handbrake turns and power slides on loose surface rally stages, with expert tuition from a qualified instructor all the way. A brief classroom session is followed by practical demonstrations of rally driving techniques. Then take the wheel for three intensive sessions of tuition whilst it's still light outside, learning handbrake turns, power slides and skid and slide control. After dining locally (not included), during which time the car's auxilliary lights are bolted on, put your new skills to the test on the full special stage in complete darkness, with only the aforementioned car lights to illuminate the stage. Finish the evening with a breathtaking passenger ride, your instructor driving at competition speeds to show you how it's done. Conclude with a debrief and certificate presentation.
