Now it's the perfect location for this great foodie experience. You'll start off with a glass of champagne, followed by a two course lunch at the fabulous Restaurant Anise (where the cooking has come on a lot since 1086). Then you'll go for a brief tour of the castle. Next it's time for some hands-on fun, with a two-hour cookery demonstration from esteemed head chef Tim Hamer. Tim started his career at the Grosvenor House hotel (previously known as Le Meridien Grosvenor House) and has several years experience working at top level. He'll show you how to prepare a variety of dishes, some classic, others with a twist. The demonstration includes a tasting session and you'll get copies of the recipes to take home. The Lamborghini Gallardo is a totally different drive - brutal and uncompromising, with 500bhp and a top speed of nearly 200 mph. You'll start with a briefing and some demonstration laps from a qualified instructor, who'll talk you through the racing lines, driving techniques and how to best handle the car out on the track. Then you'll take the driving seat of the Ferrari. Once you've got your breath back, you'll climb into the Lamborghini for more laps. The Lamborghini Gallardo is the business. Named after a ferocious breed of fighting bull, this incredible car completely lives up to its reputation for raw power and uncompromising handling. A breathtaking 492bhp propels the Gallardo from 0-60mph in just over four seconds, with a top speed of 192mph. You'll start with a short briefing from a qualified instructor, then you will receive two or three demonstration laps in a hot hatch round the track, to learn the best racing lines. Finally you'll drive the Gallardo for four laps at either one of the two 1.8 mile circuits in the Midlands where we offer this experience. Both tracks have been been specially designed to put performance cars through their paces. You'll drive the car for over seven miles in total, and finish by collecting your driving certificate.

Hold on tight as your experienced instructor takes the boat to the limit, completing our offshore circuit. Your experience will begin with a safety briefing then put on the offshore racing jacket and life jacket you'll be given before joining the waiting Honda powerboat. After a short cruise down Southampton water, the driver will open up the throttle and you will fly across the waves into the Solent. This unique experience includes a demonstration of wave jumping, high speed cornering, racing lines and starts. Get two laps behind the wheel yourself out on the circuit to put what you've learnt from the instructor to the test (at the instructor's discretion) and see how good you are.
