They're lightweight inflatable catamaran hulls with racing engines attached, which makes them amazingly stable and secure, even at high speeds, round tight corners and in conditions ranging from complete calm to large breaking surf (in fact, they were developed originally from life-saving surf rescue craft). Your experience will begin with a briefing on safety and handling, before you head out onto the water with your instructor. He or she will show you exactly what this fantastic craft can do - so prepare for the ride of your life as you speed along, pull tight manoeuvres and hit big air jumps. Depending on the weather and at the instructor's discretion, you might also get the chance to take the helm and try your hand at powering the zapcat across open water. There's a RIB powerboat on standby acting as a support boat, and you'll get a thrilling ride on this too.

You'll lie in a quiet, darkened room in a warm solution of Epsom salts, about 10 inches deep and so dense that you'll float effortlessly (no need to be able to swim!). Epsom salts are made from naturally occurring minerals and have long been renowned for their health and beauty benefits, including easing stress and soothing muscles. Gentle music will play to help you wind down, and you'll drift into a near-meditative state of complete calm. Afterwards you can take a refreshing shower before returning to the outside world feeling utterly chilled out.

Your experience takes place at this beautiful spa within an atmosphere of calm and tranquillity. The three hour massage workshop will teach you and your partner massage techniques that can be used on the whole family. To start, the session will include head, neck, shoulders, foot and hand massage for which you will be fully clothed. For the last part of your experience, you and your partner are allocated a private room (so modesty can be respected at all times) in which you will be taught to give a relaxing back massage with massage oil. Mineral water and fruit tea are available throughout your experience. You will also be given a bottle of massage oil so you can continue your practise at home. The art of touch - it's worth doing well and this experience is an excellent opportunity to learn from the experts.
