Everyone needs to recharge their batteries, but sometimes life gets so hectic that its impossible to find time. Relax - this experience is designed to make the most of your me time. Block out a few hours in your diary, switch off your mobile and unwind in style. Choose from one of two packages: either an Aroma Body Envelopment (to detoxify and/or aid relaxation), a Relaxing Aroma Facial (tailored to your skin type, which decongests and moisturises your skin) and an Express Manicure (including a file, cuticle tidy and paint). Alternatively, an Aroma Full Body Massage (including face and scalp), a Pedicure (with exfoliation, massage and a buff or paint) and a Full Body Polish (including a full body exfoliation to eliminate impurities and leaves the skin soft, smooth and radiant). Because this is buy one get one free, you can take a friend along to enjoy the day with you. Tea/coffee for you both are included.

Participant Guidelines: Please inform the salon in advance if you are (or have recently been) pregnant or have any medical conditions, as this will dictate which oils are used. They will happily accommodate both men and women and disabled customers.
Duration: Your treatments will last between two and a half to three hours, inclusive of relaxation time.
Dress Code: A robe will be provided. If you choose a pedicure, please bring flipflops with you on the day.
Availability: The Haven is open all week, excluding Sundays, Mondays and bank holidays. Saturdays however are extremely popular and already booked up for most of 2008. This experience is available for booking up to April 2009.
Other Info: Please be aware that the venue is a salon rather than a spa and as such does not include either a shower area or a separate relaxation room.
