Afrique, 85% cocoa, Single origin bar

An initial aroma of deep cocoa and roasted coffee bean. A smoky start to the flavour of this single origin chocolate is soon lifted with a slight acidity, as in a fine single origin coffee, notable earthy, vegetal flavours with a bitter finish. A dry and clean aftertaste as experienced after a good espresso. We have selected this chocolate as part of our Superior Selection range for its outstanding flavour profile and purity of ingredients.
