Toscano Blond, 63% dark chocolate with yellow fruits
Amedei have created a unique method of combining dried fruits with chocolate and the result is refreshingly different with a true melt in the mouth sensation. The Amedei Toscano Blond is created with 63% dark chocolate, Peach and Apricot. This provides a suprisingly fruity eat with tart notes - not too disimilar from the noticebly tart, single origin bars, such as Los Anconnes by Michel Cluizel and Ampamakia from Valrhona.

Prevalent in this bar are harmony and balance. Taming the power of cacao and achieving an aromatic sunthesis that enhances the more delicate and floral notes was a great challenge for Cecilia Tesseiri: the painstaking attention of the maitre chocolatier remained so from the blend of cacao paste with peaches and apricots until the time was ripe to produce this bar. A product unique in the world, taking the new frontier of chocolate another step forward.
