NEW Superior quality, 99% cocoa content, dark chocolate couverture chips. Extra bitter chocolate not for the faint hearted. Ideal for adding to cooking, baking, desserts, decoration, mould making and hot drinking chocolate. Due to the very high cocoa content a little of this fine dark chocolate will go much further and with the added benefit of being able to add additional sugar to taste. Not suitable for chocolate fountains.
