NEW Superior quality, 99% cocoa content, dark chocolate couverture (cooking chocolate) chips. Extra bitter chocolate not for the faint hearted. Ideal for baking, desserts, decoration, mould making and hot chocolate. Due to the very high cocoa content, a little of this dark chocolate will go much further, also with the added benefit of being able to add sugar to taste. These chocolate chips are not suitable for chocolate fountains.
