The Venezuela, single origin chocolate bar from Pralus holds two distinct and opposing flavours. A thin, acidulous top edge above prominent smoky, earthy lower notes. Surprisingly robust for a chocolate created exclusively from fine flavour, Trinitario cocoa from Venezuela.
