The Manabi dark chocolate bar is created using Nacional cocoa, a Forastero-type cocoa from the rain forests of Ecuador. This particular cocoa variety and origin provides a robust flavour profile with notes of citrus and nuts with a good length of taste. Sweetened using cane juice and certified organic.
