The Esmeraldas dark chocolate bar is created using Nacional cocoa, a Forastero-type cocoa from the rainforests of Ecuador. This particular cocoa and origin provides flavours of honey, floral notes and banana. Great smoothness with length of taste. Sweetened using cane juice and certified organic.
