Caramel, toffee and all things caramalised and sweet. Very little malt flavour so a contrast perhaps with Amedei's milk chocolate bar which contains noticeable malt notes. The 40% cocoa content, whilst not unusual nowadays in fine milk chocolate, certainly raises this way above the overly sweet, milk chocolate candy variety.
