The initial aroma of this origin chocolate is of liquor, quite intense. You could presume it contained alcohol, rum perhaps, but it doesn't. Just fine cocoa and sugar. Flavour packed and noticeably pure, short lived in length but with little bitterness, unusual for an 80% chocolate. Enric Rovira creates this unique chocolate with the least amount of processing to conserve the true essence of the cocoa, resulting in a crunchy texture. A must for both the connoisseurs and purist chocolate lovers.
