The Caoba milk chocolate bar by El Rey is created from Carenero Superior, a Trinitario cocoa bean. A regional cocoa grown east of Caracas in Venezuela, renowned for its complex flavour notes of fruit, flower, nut and spice. The higher cocoa content of 41% results in a milk chocolate with richer, caramel and earthy flavours.
