The No.9, dark chocolate couverture from Amedei, created from a blend of cocoas from 9 selected plantations. The highest cocoa content chocolate that Amedei has created so far at 75% and without Soya Lecithin. This fine chocolate provides notes of currant with a contrasting profile of sweet acidity and bitter, slightly astringent, flavours.

The family treasure. This blend fully expresses the Amedei Philosophy. Combined here are cacaos from 9 plantations which, over the years, have been discovered, restored and rendered productive again by Alessio Tessieri: an exceptional raw material. From this, Cecilia created a powerful and blanced dark chocolate, in which the aromas of the plantations persist in the unmistakable flavour of this chocolate.
